This website is operated by Aurelia Maison de Joaillerie. By using it you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Nothing here limits any right the law gives you as a consumer that cannot be signed away.

You cannot buy a piece on this website, and no payment is ever taken here. What you can do is send an enquiry: a request that an advisor contact you about pieces you have selected.

An enquiry is an invitation to us, not a purchase. Nothing is reserved, no obligation arises on either side, and an order exists only once an advisor has spoken with you and confirmed it in writing, on separately agreed terms.

Prices are shown in United States dollars and are indicative. They exclude any duty, import tax or local sales tax, which depend on where a piece is delivered and are confirmed with your advisor.

Because pieces are made from precious metals and certified stones, prices move with the market. The price confirmed by your advisor is the one that counts, not the figure displayed at the moment you enquired. Where a price is shown in obvious error, we are not obliged to honour it.

The configurator produces an estimate, calculated from the options you choose. It is a guide to the order of magnitude of a commission, not a quotation and not an offer. A true price for a bespoke piece follows a conversation with the atelier about the stones actually available.

Every piece is finished by hand, and stones are natural. Colour, inclusions, figure and exact weight vary between examples, and a screen renders metal and gemstone imperfectly. We describe each piece as accurately as we can, and your advisor will tell you the characteristics of the individual piece offered to you before anything is confirmed.

The name Aurelia, the designs shown, the photography, the text and the software running this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and design law.

You may look at the site, and print or download extracts for your own private use. You may not copy it commercially, republish it, or use our designs or photographs in your own materials without our written permission.

Please do not:

• submit forms automatically, in bulk, or with someone else’s details;
• attempt to gain access to any administrative area or another person’s data;
• probe, scan or overload the site, or interfere with how it works for others;
• extract the catalogue systematically for use elsewhere.

We limit how often the forms may be submitted from one address, and we may withdraw access from anyone using the site this way.

We take care to keep the site working and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any piece shown, without notice.

We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to exclude. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss arising from your use of this website. The guarantees that come with a piece you acquire are given separately and are unaffected by this paragraph.

Where we link elsewhere, we do so for information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

We may revise these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
